RAD DETAILS: A decocted, naturally carbonated, step mashed German pilsner with Noble Hops. Named after our head-brewer’s first daughter, Penelope is our interpretation of a perfect German pilsner. Decoction mashes introduce a more rich, layered malt presence we’ve only tasted from centuries-old German lager recipes.
