You cannot use your kooks club discount to purchase next year's membership. If you do, we will refund your order and you will be asked to purchase again.

KOOKS CLUB 2021 MEMBERSHIP DETAILS 

All current Kooks get a guaranteed spot for 2021. You do have to sign up again, however. We will not auto-renew your membership.

HOW TO GET YOUR MEMBER BOTTLES

There are 3 ways to receive your 2021 member bottles.

1. Taproom pickup (no charge - you will pick up two bottles, six times in 2021 at our taproom)

2. Local Delivery - if you’re in our local delivery range (Santa Cruz County and a few other zip codes) we will delivery your member bottles free of charge.

3. Shipping - we will ship your member bottles anywhere in CA/NV for our standard shipping rate of $14/release ($84/yr)

MEMBER ONLY BEER RELEASES

12 bottles total: 6 releases per year (two 500ml bottles per release) 

Kooks Club beers will be a combination of barrel aged stouts, pastry stouts, and mixed fermentation saisons/farmhouse ales.

These will be the most refined and unique beers we produce in 2021. These beers will not be available to the public to purchase.

DISCOUNTS & MEMBER-ONLY PRIVILEGES

Kooks discount: 10% off everything. This includes purchases for the taproom, to go, shipping, events, etc. and excludes discounted items both online and in the taproom such as $5 Mondays, gift card sales, etc.

No restrictions on crowler fills (e.g. if a beer isn't available for crowler fills you will always be able to fill up.)

15% discount on private party bookings (Parties are COVID-dependent)

Access to Kooks club private online community (hosted on Facebook) 

Access to exclusive Kooks-only email address for any customer service inquiries

Proxies: You may designate one official person to pick up your releases for you, for the year.

EARLY ACCESS PERKS

Early access to purchase all can and bottle releases before the general public.

2021 Kooks will get first access to 2022 club membership 

Early access to purchase tickets to Humble Sea events (Humble Sea's events are COVID-dependent of course) 

Humble Sea reserves the right to pour Kooks Club beers at festivals and for one-off special events. All Kooks Club beers will be the most refined and unique beers we make, so we would like to share these at festivals, on occasion.

If you choose to have your member beer and other releases shipped to you, the shipping and handling will be paid for by you.

Release dates, beers, and variations are subject to change. Humble Sea reserves the right to impose order limits on beers at the Company's discretion.

Membership is valid from January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021

You must be at least 21 years old as of 1/1/21 to join the Kooks Club.

Membership is non-transferable, and includes a personalized membership card, which must be presented with ID for member privileges.

If you do not select shipping, all beer and merch releases must be picked up during business hours at the Humble Sea taproom within 1 month of the release date. Any bottles not picked up before the specified dates will be property of Humble Sea again.

Bottles and cans that are not exclusive member releases must be picked up within 7 days of the public release date. All unclaimed beer after this time will be property of Humble Sea.

Bottles and tickets obtained through membership are not for resale. Resale will result in membership cancellation. You’re welcome to trade though (obviously).

Memberships are non refundable.

Each person is allowed to have a maximum of one membership. If a member is found to have multiple memberships, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the unused portion of all of that person’s memberships.

Humble Sea retains, at its sole and unconditional discretion, the right to cancel a membership and refund a prorated portion of a member's membership fee for any reason at any time. This is certainly not something we want to do in any situation, but it’s a right we have to reserve if shit gets cray.
