2022 Kooks Club Membership Details
Kooks Membership: $384
Super Kooks: $576
Super Kooks Membership includes all of the below perks plus an extra bottle per member release.
All membership bottles are to be picked-up at our Santa Cruz taproom located at 820 Swift Street. If you do not pick up your bottles within the allowed window they will be automatically shipped to you at the end of the quarter. Shipping will be charged at the carrier’s rate at the date of shipping. We can only ship within the state of California. If you live outside of California, find a proxy for pickup or shipping.
Bottle Releases
12 bottles for regular Kooks
18 bottles for Super Kooks
6 releases throughout the year (two 500ml bottles per release for regular Kooks) (three 500ml bottles for Super Kooks)
Kooks Club membership bottles will be mostly spirit barrel-aged dark beers with the possibility of one or two barrel-aged mixed fermentation beers. All club beers will be the most refined and unique beers we produce in 2023.

Early access to selected small batch releases that sell out lightning fast
For our weekly beer releases, we can now offer pick-up at our Santa Cruz Swift St. location, Pacifica and the Tavern.
The pick-up window is the same for Kooks as the general public, which is same day pick-up

More Details
- Membership bottles are available for pick-up at our Santa Cruz taproom (located at 820 Swift St.) only or they can be shipped at the shipping + handling market rate
- The membership will be purchased and run through the Oznr app, who takes a 3.75% transaction fee
- Humble Sea reserves the right to pour Kooks Club beers and bottles at festivals, during special events, and in the taproom
- Membership is valid from January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023
- You must be at least 21 years old as of 1/1/23 to join the Kooks Club
- Membership is non-transferable
- Member discount cannot be shared with non-members. However, it can be used to gift beer/merch to friends and family members if paid for by a member
- Any membership bottles not picked up by the specified dates will be shipped at carrier rates and said member will be automatically charged for cost of shipping. We’re focusing on taproom pickups in 2023 in an effort to build a stronger in-person community of Kooks.
- Humble Sea retains, at its sole and unconditional discretion, the right to cancel a membership and refund a prorated portion of a member's membership fee for any reason at any time. This is certainly not something we want to do in any situation, but it’s a right we have to reserve if a member is found to be acting inappropriately toward our staff or other members of the club. We will not tolerate any type of harassment toward others, period.
